The wharf is located on the coast of the new reclamation area of the outer port. It faces the glistening sea with blue waves and Friendship Bridge with post-modern design to the east. On the other three sides, there are busy Hong Kong and Macao wharves, New Yaohan department store, the Royal gambling boat “Macao Palace”, the five-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the magnificent Macao Cultural Center and Lotus Square. The first-stage project of the wharf covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters, part of which is reclaimed from the sea. According to the design, the whole construction project is divided into three theme areas: “Tang City”, “East-west Convergence”, “Lijun Wharf”.

“Tang City” is an area which filled with ancient Chinese culture, and there are many traditional Chinese buildings with golden color as the main theme. Pavilions inside the wharf are full of ancient flavor. In addition to providing a variety of local folk snacks, the palace-style courtyard also has a handicraft exhibition hall. There are also a number of Flower Boat restaurants serving Chinese seafood.

Lijun Wharf was invested by gaming giant Stanley Ho and well-known businessman David Chow. “Lijun wharf” is a coast-themed wharf, which is composed of European and Latin architectural complexes. It has varieties of leisure and entertainment facilities.
