Welcome to Beijing, the capital of China. This wonderful China Kungfu tour waits for your passionate exploration! Your local guide will hold your name sign and wait for you at the arrival hall. Then you will be transferred to your hotel. Your luggage and hotel check-in will be taken care of. Take some time to rest and adjust yourself from jet lag. You are free to arrange your time for the rest of the day.
After breakfast at your hotel, our guide will pick you up from your hotel and you will explore the ancient capital city by a visit to Tian’anmen Square. Tian’anmen Square is located in the center of Beijing. It is 880 meters long from north to south, 500 meters wide from east to west, and covers an area of 440,000 square meters. It is the largest city center square in the world today. On October 1, 1949, Chairman Mao Zedong announced the founding of the People's Republic of China on the Tian’anmen Rostrum. Since then, the Tian’anmen Gate Tower has become a symbol of New China, and its solemn image is an important part of China's national emblem.
Next, you will visit the Forbidden City (Closed on Monday). There are more than 9,000 rooms in the Forbidden City and it is a royal palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties in China. The Forbidden City is the largest and most intact wooden architecture in the world.
After lunch, you will visit the Summer Palace, which is China's famous royal garden. It is also one of the Four Most Famous Gardens of China, which includes the Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou, the Summer Palace in Beijing, the Mountain Resort in Chengde, and the Lingering Garden in Suzhou. The Summer Palace is mainly composed of Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, and owns over 3,000 man-made ancient buildings, including pavilions, towers, bridges, etc. Kunming Lake is the main lake of the Summer Palace, covering an area of about 220 hectares, which accounts for three-quarters of the whole garden area.
Next, you will be transferred to watch the traditional Chinese Kung Fu Show. The "Kung Fu Legend", which is performed here every night and usually starts at 19:30 and ends at 20:30. The Kung Fu Show presents stunning Kung Fu skills, exquisite ballet and music, and it has become the most popular Kung Fu show in China. The story tells that a young boy who dreams to become a Kung Fu master. When he practices Kung Fu, he has met many obstacles both from this world and his mind, but he tried his best to overcome his fears and finally became a true master of Kung Fu. The show made its first appearance on the Beijing stage on July 15th, 2004. Since than, it has received numerous awards and become a world-class spectacle known around the world. After that, you will be taken back to your hotel to have a good rest.
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from your hotel. Then you will be transferred to visit the Ming Tombs. It takes about 1 hour by car. The Ming Tombs, located in Changping District, 50 kilometers north of Beijing, is the place where 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty were buried. It has the characteristics of a large scale, complete system, and relatively complete preservation.
You will see the majestic Chang Tomb - the first tomb built among the Ming Tombs. As the head of the Ming Tombs, the Chang Tomb was the joint tomb of Emperor Yongle and his Empress Xu of the Ming dynasty. Although it was built six hundred years ago, it is still intact and magnificent, which attracts millions of Chinese and foreign tourists and experts to visit it every year. Emperor Yongle of the Ming Dynasty was a famous emperor in the world, making the Chang Tomb become one of the most famous tourist attractions in the world.
After lunch, we will take you to visit the world-famous Great Wall. There is an old saying in China that “One who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a hero”. It has been built continuously for more than 2,000 years since the Western Zhou Dynasty, and we can even say that the Great Wall is the only human project that can be seen from the space by astronauts. The Great Wall is spread over vast areas of northern and central China, with a total length of more than 21196.18 kilometers. (Tips for visiting the Great Wall: Please wear a pair of suitable shoes, because the Great Wall hiking may last about 2-3 hours and you need to go over many steps. Pack some water with you because it is difficult to buy it on the Great Wall. Take sunscreen with you because the UV rays can be stronger in the summer.).
On the way back to your hotel, you will have a chance to have a photo stop at the Water Cube and Bird’s Nest, which were used for the 2008 Olympic Games, and they left a lasting impression on not only the local people of Beijing, but also the world. There are still various sports competitions being held there every year.
Optional Activities:
1)Visit the Beijing Hutongs. Hutong refers to the old-style alleyways where large numbers of one-story courtyard houses are located. You will visit Nanluoguxiang. Nanluoguxiang is one of the most representative Hutongs in Beijing, and it is also among the 25 planned old city protection areas. However, in recent years, it has become a hot spot in many fashion magazines. Many TV series were shot here, and many foreign travelers listed it as a must-see attraction in Beijing.
2)Enjoy a wonderful dinner to taste the delicious Peking Roast Duck at Quanjude. The Peking Roast Duck has been praised since the Ming dynasty(1368-1644).
After breakfast, you will visit the Temple of Heaven. The Temple of Heaven is the place where the ancient Chinese emperors worshiped the god of heaven for agricultural harvest. With its magnificent architecture, verdant ancient trees, and rich cultural relics, it has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Beijing. There is a matchmaking corner in the Temple of Heaven. Most of the parents come here to look for a match for their children, but there is also an area for middle-aged and elderly people to find their own partners. If you are lucky, you may take part in the matchmaking corner to find your own partners. Besides, you may also have a chance to play Tai Chi here. In the morning, there will be many people playing Tai Chi here, and you may have a chance to learn some movements from them, they are happy to teach you, and mostly retired people.
Your Beijing tour is about to end here. Next, you will be transferred to the train station and take an estimated train: G349 15:13/19:45 to Xi’an.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will first be transferred to visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum-the No.8 wonder of the world. It is about 45 kilometers away from the Xi’an city center and it will take about 1 hour by car. Visiting the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, you may feel like traveling back to the Qin dynasty more than 2,000 years ago. With the vivid explanation of the tour guide, you will learn about Qin Shihuang- the first emperor of China, and the historical development of the Qin dynasty at that time. The terracotta army here look like they are fighting the enemy with different facial expressions, such as serious, shouting or angry. More than 200 foreign leaders of state and government have visited here, including former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, Kissinger, and NBA star Kobe. It is also known as one of the world's top ten ancient tombs.
After lunch, we will take you to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda was built in the Tang dynasty to preserve the Buddhist scriptures and statues brought back to Xi’an from India by Master Xuanzang. Since he was young, Xuanzang has been an intelligent and well-educated boy. Later, he became a monk. To study Buddhist scriptures, he visited various temples and Buddhist masters, but he found that there were many contradictions in the translation and interpretation of Buddhist scriptures. So he decided to go to the birthplace of Buddhism to visit famous teachers and read the original scriptures. Therefore, Xuanzang is known as the founder of the development of Chinese Buddhism.
Next, you will be transferred to see the Muslim Quarter. Muslim Quarter is a famous food and cultural district in Xi'an. It is a paved street with blue-gray stones, along which the ancient stores of the Ming (1368-1644) and the Qing (1644-1911) dynasties are in line, and they're all operated by the Hui Muslim. After the whole day tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel to have a good rest.

After breakfast, your private guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you to visit the ancient City Wall. Located in the central district of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, the City Wall is 12 meters high, 12-14 meters wide at the top and 15-18 meters wide at the bottom, with a closed rectangular outline and a perimeter of 13.74 kilometers. The City Wall is the largest and most complete ancient city wall in China, which is considered a landmark dividing the city into the inner part and the outer part.
After that, we will take you to visit the Great Mosque. The Great Mosque in Xi'an is one of the oldest, largest, and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. According to historical records engraved on a stone tablet inside, the Great Mosque was built in 742 during the Tang Dynasty (618-907). The mosque covers a total area of 13,000 square meters and a building area of about 6,000 square meters. It is listed by UNESCO as one of the world's Islamic relics.
And then you will be transferred to the train station and take an estimated train: G3170 15:40/17:05 to Luoyang. The Xi’an tour will end here. Welcome to Luoyang! Luoyang City has a history of more than 5,000 years. It is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization. This place is home to UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as the Longmen Grottoes and the Buddhist White Horse Temple. But of course, the most famous here is Kungfu and shaolin Temple.

Today, you will first visit Shaolin Temple. It is about 60 kilometers from Luoyang city, and it will take about 1.5 hours by car. The Shaolin Temple was built in the Northern Wei dynasty (386 - 534), and it played an important role in the development of Buddhism in China. Shaolin Temple is located on Songshan Mountain. So on the way to Shaolin Temple, one can see wild flowers and pines on the mountain. With birds singing and a brook spattering, a beautiful scene full of life and vitality is revealed to the visitors. Shaolin Temple is the birthplace of Chinese Kung Fu. It is famous for its Shaolin Kungfu which is developed by the Shaolin monks. It is known that the world’s Kung Fu origins from Shaolin Temple”.
You will also have a chance to explore the extensive Pagoda Forest which is the largest ancient pagoda group in China. Pagoda Forest is located at the foot of the Wuru Peak on the west side of Shaolin Temple in Dengfeng City, Henan Province, covering an area of about 14,000 square meters. The Pagoda Forest is only built for the famous and senior monks after they pass away to show their merits.
Next, you will watch the spectacular Shaolin Kung Fu Show. Shaolin Kung Fu is the largest martial arts system in Chinese martial arts, with over 700 martial art routines. Here you can see the real Chinese Kungfu and if you are lucky, you can learn some movements from the Shaolin monks.
Today we will drive to Zhengzhou first. And then you will take an estimated train: G421 12:21/19:38 to Guilin.Our guide will meet you at the train station and then you will be transferred to your hotel in Guilin for a good rest.
This morning, our guide will pick you up from your hotel. Then you will be transferred to Zhujiang Pier or the Mopanshan Pier to take the 4-hour Li River Cruise. During the cruise, you will see the Nine Horses Painting Mountain, which is a large stone mountain with nine peaks connected. It is one of the classic landscapes of the Lijiang River. Visitors standing on deck of the cruise ship and looking far away, will see that this mountain has a unique shape, which is just like nine horses painted on the wall. You will also see the Moon Mountain. Moon Mountain is a wondrous sight in Yangshuo, which is more than 380 meters high. There is a big hole on the top of the mountain, which is high and bright. If you look at it far away, it is just like a moon, so people call it the Moon Mountain. Lunch is provided on board.
After disembarking from Yangshuo, you will visit Yangshuo West Street, which is nearly 800 meters in length. Yangshuo opened to the outside world in early 1970. The buildings are antique and have strong local characteristics. Many tourists showed a strong interest in the traditional local houses, traditional culture, and unique folk customs. It is famous for its different styles of bars, restaurants and coffee shops, where you can find a street-side restaurant with two or three friends to taste the local specialty beer fish, or find a bar to make local Chinese friends. At the end of West Street is the Li River, and it's fun to take a walk along the river. After that, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
This morning will be free for you. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport and take an estimated flight: KA701 16:35/18:05 to Hong Kong.

After breakfast, our friendly guide will pick you up from the hotel and we will take you to visit Victoria Peak. Located in the northwest of Hong Kong Island, Victoria Peak is the highest point in Hong Kong, with an altitude of 554 meters above sea level. It is the icon of Hong Kong and the most prestigious luxury residential area on Hong Kong Island; it is also the best place for overlooking the magnificent harbor view and the splendid city view. Its appearance is widely used by millions of postcards and photos worldwide. You can send a postcard to your friends, family, or yourself at the Victoria Peak Post Office for about HK$3. There is a self-service stamp vending machine where you can buy stamps with coins.
Besides, the Peak Tram is the most important means of transportation to the Peak. The tracks are built according to the mountain and the steepest angle of the cable car is 27 degrees. The track length is 1,365 meters and the journey takes about 8 minutes. The scenery that travelers can enjoy along the way, whether day or night, has its own characteristics. The Peak Tram is the first choice for tourists visiting Victoria Peak and it is one of the most popular tourist hotspots in Hong Kong.
After that, you will visit the Aberdeen Fishing Village. Aberdeen is located in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island. Many fishermen have lived here for generations. Its English name, Aberdeen, came in honor of Lord Aberdeen, then British Foreign Secretary. You can visit Aberdeen Harbor (also known as Typhoon Shelter) by Sampan. The seafood and Dim Sum here is extremely famous.
This afternoon, we will visit the Stanley Market. Stanley has sunny beaches, unique buildings and shopping and eating centers, which is a good place for sightseeing and leisure. Stanley shops have a large number of silk clothes, sportswear and jeans. If you want to buy some souvenirs for your family or friends, the Stanley Market is the best choice for you. There are also many bars and restaurants. It is very pleasant to sit on the beach while drinking and watching the scenery.
Our next stop is the Avenue of Stars. The Avenue of Stars is a characteristic attraction of Hong Kong. Just like the Hollywood Walk of Fame, here are signatures and hand prints from prominent Hong Kong move stars.
Here you will also have a chance to take a photo with the statues of Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee is a master of martial arts. He was the first person to spread Chinese kung fu to the world, the first Chinese to enter Hollywood. He wrote the word Kung Fu into the English dictionary. There are more than 200 million fans of him worldwide.
